RECOMMENDED STEAK PREPARATION
STEP 1 Start out with your favorite cut of beef and let it get to room temperature, we recommend a nice marbled ribeye or T-bone.
STEP 2 Apply Burly Boy Beef Rub generously over all sides of the beef.
STEP 3 Press the rub into the beef with your hands to ensure good adhesion.
STEP 4 Let it sit for 10 minutes or so and then grill to perfection. We recommend medium rare for most steaks for the best tenderness and flavor.
STEP 5 Let the steak rest for 5-7 minutes after removing from the grill and then enjoy!
